Orders can be placed through our secure web-site, by phone, or fax using any of the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. Credit Card orders can only be shipped to the billing address of the credit card for all first orders. 30 Days after the first order, we can ship to other locations, such as your place of work. PLEASE NOTE: We do not sell or ship internationally.
Due to popular demand you can now check out using your Paypal Account. Simply click the "paypal" button when viewing your cart or at the check out screen and follow the steps.
We have tried to make ordering on-line a more pleasant experience. We have broken down the site to allow you to view only the items that fit your year of car. In addition, if you have one of our catalogs in hand, you can simply type in the item number in the search box and go directly to the desired product.
When ordering on-line, make sure a color is chosen on any product where colors are available. If multiple quantities of an item are desired, adjust the quantity. Once your order is submitted, you will receive an e-mail confirming our receipt of your order. Please review this confirmation and call us with any changes necessary. PLEASE NOTE: We do not sell or ship internationally.
ORDERING MAIL ORDER
Our order form can be printed HERE and your order can be mailed to us with a cashiers check or money order. Personal checks can take 7-10 days to clear. SORRY, NO C.O.D. Please call for freight totals before mailing in your order.

Due to the huge variety of sizes and weight of packages, it is impossible to have the computer figure freight charges and be fair to you, our customer. We charge what it costs us in freight to ship the item(s) plus a small handling charge. Minimum shipping charge is $5.00. Your freight charge will include what it costs to ship the order in full. All backorders will be shipped at no additional freight charge to you.
SPECIAL ORDER INTERIOR ITEMS
It is impossible for either the factory or us to stock every known color combination for every year car. WE STOCK THE LARGEST SELECTION OF INTERIOR ITEMS AND COLORS IN THE INDUSTRY. NOBODY ELSE COMES CLOSE. If your selection is not a stock item for either us or the factory, it will have to be a SPECIAL ORDER. For SPECIAL ORDER INTERIOR items, it can take 10-14 days for your item to be produced. THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDER INTERIOR ITEMS. Repeat: THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDER INTERIOR ITEMS. If you order 20 items with one special order item, we will ship the rest of your order immediately.
Upon receipt of your shipment, IMMEDIATELY inspect the contents. If your package is damaged upon receipt, immediately CONTACT UPS, FEDEX OR THE CARRIER AND FILE A CLAIM and call us. They will also contact us so that we can take care of you with the least amount of delay. You must contact either FEDEX or UPS. We cannot do it for you.

For all returns, you must give us a call at 1-800-231-1784 for an Return Authorization Number. All returned items must be unused, non-installed, and in new condition. Send the items (you are responsible for shipping both ways) back to us along with a copy of the original invoice. Items returned after 30 days will be given store credit. Shipping and handling are not refundable with the exception of extreme circumstances (determined by California Pacific /JBugs). Electrical items are non-returnable. Special order items are not returnable. If you are not certain if the item you are ordering is a special order item, feel free to give us a call.
