This screw is used to mount the front door hinges to the body on all VW Standard and Super Beetles as well as '67 and earlier VW Buses.
It is also used to mount the cargo gates to the body on single and double cabs. This screw has a counter sunk phillips head and is threaded
8x1.25mm. It fits all 1954 to 1977 Standard Beetles, 1971 to 1979 Super Beetles, and 1955 to 1967 Type 2s (Bus, Single Cab, Double Cab). Sold
individually, 12 required per vehicle when mounting the doors on Beetles and 16 required for buses. You will need 16 to mount all the gates
if you have a single cab, and 12 if you have a double cab.
