Electronic components (like most things nowadays) are made around the world, by various manufacturers. A German electronic component comes from a German manufacturing company that may have numerous factories around the globe. Regardless of where the part is made, if it is labeled as a German part, it comes from a German company that has manufactured that component at a facility that is owned by them, and it is made to their high standards of quality and fitment.
