You can add it to any order for free or place a request for the catalog to be shipped to you first class mail for free with no obligation to purchase from us. We take pride in making the hobby of restoring Volkswagens as accesible as possible. The catalog is a labor of love for us. We are committed to keeping the information accurate and up to date, but it is impossible for the print catalog to reflect real time princing. Therefore, the catalog can be used as a resource for finding parts, creating your part list, etc but you must refer to our website for up to date prices. Orders over $100 will receive free shipping within the continental United States. Freight on orders between $50 and $100 will be $9.95, and freight on orders between $0 and $49.99 will be $7.50. Large packages ship FedEx. Smaller packages ship US Priority Mail. Delivery time averages 1-5 business days depending on your distance from Arizona.

60 Day Return PolicyYou can return most unused, never installed, like-new item for 60 days from the date of receipt. Items must be in like-new condition. The following items are final sale:
- Special order items
- Special order upholstery
- Electrical items
- Installed carburetors
- Installed items
- Items missing parts or the original packaging material
- Items damaged in return shipping due to improper packaging
- Carburetors that smell like fuel
- Damage due to customer negligence
- Items with scour marks that show installation or attempted installation from nuts, bolts, screw-driver’s, washers, etc.
- Call JBugs at 800-231-1784
- Request an Return Authorization.
- Place a copy of your invoice or order confirmation inside the package.
- Carefully package your items
- Ship the items back to JBugs. Keep your tracking information for proof of delivery.
- Returns, refunds, and store credits are usually processed within 5 days upon receiving the items back.
- Refunds will be given for items returned within 60 days of receipt.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges except in cases where JBugs shipped the incorrect item.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- JBugs is not responsible for any 3rd party installation charges.
- JBugs charges a 10% re-stocking fee on all returned items except in situation where JBugs shipped the incorrect item.
- If you feel that you have received a defective item, please contact our technical support team at 800-231-1784 ext. 3. If the item is deemed defective by our staff, we will replace or refund the product and any shipping charges.
