AA 92mm Forged Piston and Cylinder Kit for Stroker Cranks

Thick wall design for more strength and cooling surface area
Forged aluminum alloy pistons with cast iron cylinder sleeves
Complete set with pistons, cylinders, wrist pins, clips, and piston rings

These thick wall 92mm AA pistons and cylinders come as a complete set with forged aluminum alloy pistons, cast iron cylinder sleeves, wrist pins, clips, and piston rings. The cylinders are made for stroker crankshafts. The thick wall design provides more strength and more cooling surface area than standard 92mm sets. The case and heads must be machined to fit.

Case must be machined for 90.5/92mm cylinders (96mm opening). Heads must be clearanced for 94mm cylinders (101mm opening).

Pistons: 92mm forged aluminum alloy, 0 offset with additional crown material for valve pockets if needed
Cylinders: cast iron, approximately 96mm OD at case, 101mm OD at head
Displacement with 78/82/84/86mm crank: 2074/2180/2234/2287cc

Before you Install:
New piston & cylinder kits ship with the piston rings installed in the pistons, inside the cylinders. However, this does not mean they are ready to install. The pistons should be removed so the rings can be properly clocked, then reinstalled before engine assembly can begin. We cover the procedure in the video below.
