Ordering Online

1. Search

We have organized the parts on our website in a variety of ways to simplify the process of finding what you need. Choose from one of these options:

Option 1. Select the model and year of your vehicle in the top navigation for parts specific to your car.

Option 2. Search by category in the left hand navigation.

Option 3. Use the search bar up top to find the specific part you're looking for.

2. Select/Submit

After selecting your parts, make sure you have selected all the correct attributes for your product (i.e. color, quantity, etc).

3. Order Confirmation

Once you have checked out and your order is submitted, you will recieve an e-mail confirming our reciept for your order. Please review this confirmation and call us with any changes necessary.

Ordering By Mail

1. Order Form

Download and print the order form below. Complete the order form with the parts you want to purchase.

2. Mail Form

Mail the order form to us with a cashiers check, money order, personal check or business check. Personal checks and business checks can take 7-10 days to clear. SORRY, NO C.O.D. Please call for freight totals on oversize items before mailing in your order.

Payment Options

1. Credit Cards

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

2. PayPal

You can check out using your PayPal Account by simply selecting the "Paypal" option from the drop-down menu at the checkout screen.

3. Checks

We accept Cashiers Checks, Money Orders and Personal Checks. Money Orders and Cashiers Checks ship immediately. Personal Checks take 7-10 days to process.

4. Apple Pay

ApplePay is only enabled on Apple devices, and will appear as an option at checkout.

Special Order / Custom Made Interior Items

Although we stock the largest selection of interior items in the industry, it's impossible for us to stock every color combination for every model year car. If your selection is not in stock it will be custom made. Custom made items take 5-8 weeks in production. If you order additional products with a custom made item, the custom made item will ship separately. Special Order & Custom Made items cannot be returned.

1. Double Check Order

Before ordering a special order or custom made interior item, double check that you have the correct year, material and color. We strongly encourage you to order free uphosltery samples prior to purchasing so you can ensure you're getting exactly what you want. Do not hesitate to give us a call if you have any questions.

2. Inspect Shipment

Upon reciept of your shipment, immediately inspect the contents of your package. Special order items cannot be returned. If your package was damaged during shipment, refer to our return policy for insructions.

California Resale Accounts

1. Complete Form

If you have a resale account, please complete the resale .pdf form (click on image to download).

2. Email Us Form

Email us the resale .pdf form once completed. Only Automotive Related Businesses qualify for Resale of VW Automotive parts.

3. Keep in Mind

California State law requires us to charge sales tax until you have signed and faxed in this form. Sorry, no exceptions.
