Ball Joint front ends are a used on Class 9 off road race cars and can be found under Baja Bugs and Dune Buggies. The VW Ball Joint front end is a strong and relatively durable front suspension design. When taking it off road there are a couple of upgrades we recommend.
Upgrading the ball joints to high quality German made replacements or clearanced ball joints is a must. Installing front end adjusters to lift the front of your dune buggy or baja bug is also recommended. Fabricating and welding gussets to the spindle itself is considered a must.
We offer new spindles, bearings, seals, and other front ball joint suspension items such as front end supports and clamps. Don't forget new bearings and seals when ever you are servicing the front suspension.
Ball Joint Beams were used by VW from 1966 thru 1977 and are commonly used on Dune Buggies and Baja Bugs.
The pivoting link for your front spindles, we offer German made or aftermarket, clearanced Ball Joints.
Ball Joint Spindle bearings and seals are susceptible to quick wear when you are off roading.
