EMPI VW Flywheels, Gland Nuts, and Washers

JBugs has a complete selection of EMPI VW Flywheels, Gland Nuts, and Washers. Worn out and defective flywheels can cause multiple problems, from leaking crankshaft seals to clutch chatter and failure. EMPI's stock VW flywheels are manufactured to the original specifications drilled for either 4 or 8 dowel pins.

Lighter chromoly racing flywheels are also available in the stock configuration of 12-volt, 200mm (130 teeth), O-ring style. High torque gland nuts and washers should be added to your build to ensure strength and durability.
