This page here for customer reference. If you have any questions about reading your invoice please give us a call at 800-231-1784 and we will be happy to go over your invoice with you.



Our Invoices

•If you purchased your order online our web server automatically saves copies of your invoices. Orders placed online can be found on our Order Look-Up page.

•If you place your order over the phone a sales rep will ask you for your email address at checkout. We will email you an invoice once order is complete. Our website will not have a copy of your invoice as checkout bypassed the website.

•If you have not received an invoice for your order please give s a call and a sales rep will be happy to validate your email and resend one to you.




Our Packing Slips

Packing slips are emailed to you every time items from your order are shipped out. If an item is not listed on the packing slip it will ship in a different box. Packing slips do not show item prices or order totals.




RMA Return Slips

This feature coming soon! We are working on integrating barcode RMA slips you can print from your email and tape to the outside of your return packages for easy tracking. Until then, you still need to call us 800-231-1784 to initiate an RMA authorization.
