To redeem your rebate, you'll need to print the following 2 forms:

•JBugs Proof of Purchase (emailed to you at time of purchase)
•Pertronix Rebate Form Click link to download.

 Step 2

Cut UPC code from your Pertronix Distributor package. The UPC code can be typically be found on side or bottom of package. Attach UPC code to your Pertronix Rebate Form.

 Step 3

Fill out your Pertronix rebate form. Include your JBugs proof of purchase in envelope. Mail to the following address:
