OEM Fit In 1.6L VW Diesel

The VW Timing Belt connects the overhead camshaft and crankshaft of the 1.6L diesel engine and fits 1982-1984 Vanagon Diesel engines. The timing belt should be changed every 30k miles as the diesel engine is an "interfernce" engine meaning if the belt breaks, the valves could contact the pistons and cause extensive damage.
