The new (not rebuilt) complete VW cylinder head for Type 2 and 4 based engines is machined for 94mm stock pistons and cylinders. The head comes with intake and exhaust valves installed in bronze valve guides. Sold individually, 2 are required per engine.

Note: VW redesigned the exhaust port on the cylinder head in the 1979 model year. Type 4 engines built through 1978 had heads with a circular (oval) exhaust port. All 1979 and later Type 4 engines have a square exhaust port. You can only use these heads on 1976-1978 models if you have a square port exhaust to match.
