Left Heater Channel Assembly

Full metal replacement panel made in Denmark
Includes built-in heater and defroster ducting
Nut plate and running board inserts pre-installed

The left heater channel assembly replaces the lower structural portion of the body on 1958–1968 VW Beetles. Running from the front firewall to the rear fender well along the door sill, the panel includes factory-style ducting for rear seat heat, front floor vents, and dash defrosters. Nut plates for the floor pan and threaded inserts for the running boards are built in. The part ships with a black rust inhibitor and should be sanded and primed before installation.

Installation requires advanced sheet metal skills and welding, and is not recommended for novice mechanics.
