Right Heater Channel Assembly for 1969-1977 Standard Beetle

Full metal replacement with integrated heater ducting
Includes nut plate for pan bolts and inserts for running boards
Ships with black rust inhibitor coating

The right heater channel assembly is a structural metal component that replaces rusted or damaged channels. Manufactured in Denmark, the panel runs from the rear fender well to the front firewall and includes factory-style ductwork for cabin heat and defrost. Nut plates and inserts are pre-installed for mounting the floor pan and running boards. The part ships with a black rust-inhibiting coating and must be sanded and primed before installation.

Note: Installation requires advanced sheet metal work and welding skills and is not recommended for novice mechanics.
