VW Double Flywheel Rear Main Seals for Classic VW Engines

For worn cranks shafts or engines with excessive leaks at the flywheel. The half thickness VW rear main seal set includes two new rear main seals. This doubles the sealing surface on the crankshaft and the sealing edges will ride at a different location than the original seal helping to ensure a leak free rear main. The ream main seals install at the "back" of the engine that seals the crankshaft to the engine case, just behind the flywheel. These seals fits 1200cc/40hp - 1600cc based VW air-cooled engines
