VW Hex-head CV Joint Bolts (Set of 6):

  • Fits: 1968-1991 I.R.S Beetle/autostick - Super Beetle/autostick - Ghia/autostick - Bus/auto - Type 3/auto - Thing - Vanagon/Synchro
  • Replaces the original style 12 point CV Bolts which require special socket that can be hard to find
  • CV bolts are 8x1.25mm threaded with a 44mm long shank
  • Sold as a set of 6 (as per required per CV Joint)

Our Expert's Take:

These bolts are a little friendlier to the traveler in the event of an unexpected loose CV. It is much easier to find a Hex wrench or socket than it is to find a 12 point when stuck on the side of the road. These have come in handy over the years, not a bad choice.
