12 INCH INSERT UPHOLSTERY.
(Front and Rear)
All 12 Inch Insert Upholstery Kits are made to order based on your custom options. 12 Inch Insert upholstery kit includes a 12 Inch wide insert that runs up/down the center of the seat and a second side/backing material. You can mix & match colors or completely different materials such as smooth vinyl with a tweed or velour insert for a custom look. All upholstery is made with the finest quality materials, completely finished (no sewing required), and has extruded vinyl piping and original padded heat_team patterns for the year of the car. All 12" Insert Seat Upholstery kits are special order items.

Do not forget our replacement padding kit and burlap (click here to purchase separately) to achieve professional results. We will not sell messy horsehair fiber mats (that still require a thin layer of foam on top) for padding. We know horsehair was original for early VW's, but feel foam is a superior product and there is a reason horsehair is NOT used in your modern cars today.

SMOOTH VINYL DOOR PANELS
Front.
Solid Black Door Panels are stock. Solid Off-White Door Panels are stock.
All other color vinyl and 2-Tone Door Panels are made to order and may include a upgrade charge.
Full Insert Seat Upholstery interior kit comes standard with single color door panels. (Two-Tone door panels are available in any smooth vinyl/velour/tweed combination for an additional $60.00).
Our TMI Door Panel sets includes both front door panels and matching rear quarter panels. Our panels have thick, pre-drilled masonite wood backing for window crank, door release mechanism and door panel clips. The material is lightly padded and has the original heat impressions. They look great and will easily outlast the cheap panel boards others sell with cardboard backing. TMI's Limited Lifetime Warranty ensures your door panels will fit better, look newer longer and hold their quality for years.
You may need to replace your existing door panel clips and seals when installing new door panels. Clips and Seals are NOT included with kit, you may reuse both as long as they are in good condition.

INTERIOR CARPET KIT

All other colors and Premium Carpet Kits are made to order and include an upgrade charge.
Our TMI Carpets cover the complete interior compartment (up to back seat) and behind the rear seat. They are made of high quality automotive grade carpet and feature a rubber backing. All carpet kits are yarn bound (we find this more durable than cloth binding) and are designed to withstand years of use and continue looking great. Black or Charcoal Loop carpets are included with our JBUGS Interior Kits and are in stock. All other color and cutpile carpets are considered special orders, and are custom made from TMI if selected with your kit.

The Quality Standard carpet kit includes heater grommets and Vinyl footpad.
The Super Premium Carpet kit includes heater grommets, footpad, and vinyl edged inserts for the gear shift, emergency brake boot and heater control knob. This is carpet gives you the most precise fit.
Note: Choose from with or without footrest.

It is important to note if your car has a footrest underneath the front passenger carpet. The footrest is a removable metal slope that originally hinged at the very front towards the firewall. After 30-50 years cars that originally came with a footrest may have had it removed to provide extra leg-space for the passenger.
INSTRUCTIONAL DVD.
Now that you have picked out a kit, our video will show you how to install it "just like the pros" . Our 2 hour and 15 minute interior video gives you detailed instruction on how to remove all of your interior components and install your headliner, restore and install seat upholstery, door panels, carpet, and interior accessories -all with professional results.
HOGRING KIT
Industrial staples used for various upholstery tasks during installation. Kit includes enough staples for one complete interior. Hogrings are used to attach burlap (P/N:113-649 Sold Separately) to the seat frame. This process keeps springs feeling more even and helps prevents springs from tearing into your seat foam.

We ONLY ship within the United States and its territories.
Orders over $100 will receive free shipping within the continental United States. Freight on under $100 will be $9.95. Large packages ship FedEx. Smaller packages ship US Priority Mail. Delivery time averages 1-5 business days after it ships.
For expedited shipping, you must call us. All express orders are personally handled by the representative you speak with in order to streamline the process. Please do not request express shipping via email. Emails are reviewed in the order they are received which could possibly delay your shipping.
Shipping on any returns is the customer's responsibility. If your order qualified for free shipping and a returned item reduces your order below the $100, you will be charged the according shipping cost for the order.
Returns
90 Day Return PolicyYou can return most unused, never installed, like-new items for 90 days from the date of receipt. Items must be in like-new condition. The following items are final sale:
- Special order items
- Special order upholstery
- Electrical items
- Installed carburetors
- Installed items
- Items missing parts or the original packaging material
- Items damaged in return shipping due to improper packaging
- Carburetors that smell like fuel
- Damage due to customer negligence
- Items with scour marks that show installation or attempted installation from nuts, bolts, screw-driver’s, washers, etc.
Returns must be sent in a proper shipping box.
With the exception of parts that are shipped to you in the original manufacturer packaging (example - TMI door panels, floor pans, complete front beams, etc), please be sure to return the parts with an external box or protective packaging around the parts you are returning. Most manufacturer packaging boxes are not rated for shipping and can become damaged or destroyed as they are too thin to withstand forces applied during the shipping process. Failure to do so will result in a higher restocking/reboxing fee or outright refusal of the return if the part cannot be restocked in the same condition it arrived at you. How to Start a Return:
- Call JBugs at 800-231-1784
- Request an Return Authorization. Do not ship your return back to us until you have an RMA.
- Place a copy of your invoice or order confirmation inside the package.
- Carefully package your items
- Ship the items back to the JBugs return address listed on the RMA. Keep your tracking information for proof of delivery.
- Once you receive a Return Authorization, all returns must be shipped back to our AZ address.
- Returns shipped to our administration office may be subject to a higher restocking fee.
- Returns, refunds, and store credits are usually processed within 5 days upon receiving the items back.
- We are not responsible for tracking returns shipped without an RMA.
- Refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be given for items returned within 90 days of receipt.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges except in cases where JBugs shipped the incorrect item.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- JBugs is not responsible for any 3rd party installation charges.
- Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee except in a situation where JBugs shipped the incorrect item.
- If you feel that you have received a defective item, please contact our technical support team at 800-231-1784 ext. 3. If the item is deemed defective by our staff, we will replace or refund the product and any shipping charges.
