The VW Stainless Steel Brake Hard Line Kit consists of 11 hard stainless steel lines with double bubble (European) flared ends and includes 10x1.00 mm threaded fittings at all the ends. Only 9 lines will be used per car as the kit includes front lines for both pre 1973 and 1973 and later front ends. The stainless steel brake hard line kit is the best way to start out a new brake system by ensuring all of the hard lines are in great shape and not rusted, kinked or corroded. The stainless steel lines will resist corrosion and rust for years to come. Our stainless steel brake line kit replaces all the hard brake lines from the master cylinder to the brake hoses and wheel cylinders in 1971 through 1976 Super Beetles and 1971 through 1979 Super Beetle Convertibles. The brake hard lines will need to be bent to fit, a tubing bender is recommended although experienced fingers will work as well.
