EMPI Electric Windshield Washer Kit

Universal aftermarket design suitable for VW Type 1, Type 2, or Type 3

Uses an aftermarket switch (not the stock column wiper switch)

This electric windshield washer kit is an aftermarket unit intended for cars not originally equipped with a washer system, including off-road builds. It is not a direct replacement for the factory windshield washer system, which used a fluid reservoir pressurized by air from the spare tire. We do not know of anyone reproducing the original VW washer reservoir, so this universal kit is intended to fill that gap. The kit comes with the switch, mounting hardware, wiring, and instructions. The 12 volt motor is integrated into the clear plastic reservoir for compact installation, and the pump can be wired to key-hot power or battery power. The switch does not integrate into the stock column wiper switch wiring.
