This black serpentine belt kit from EMPI is perfect for high-revving engines. It’s easy to install, runs quiet, and looks absolutely stunning. As an added benefit, the generator pulley included in this kit has a slightly smaller diameter, which results in the fan turning more times per revolution of the crankshaft. That makes it a great choice for high-revving engines and anyone who wants as much airflow as possible. This kit can be used on all 1300cc-1600cc Type 1/2 engines.

Please note: The outer diameter of the pulleys are roughly 6 3/4"/177mm and 3 3/4"/95mm. That makes the pulley ratio approximately 1 to 1.8, meaning the fan will turn 1.8 times every time the cranks makes one full revolution. This is more than the factory ratio of 1 to 1.69, so the fan will turn faster than stock which will take additional horsepower compared to stock but does offer more cooling power.
