The VW Brake Hose fits the front left or right side of 1967 through 1974 Karmann Ghias and 1966 through 1973 Type 3s. The brake hose connects to the steel line at the chassis and the brake caliper at the spindle. The hose is 355mm (13.9") long with 10x1.0mm threads at the male and female ends. The hoses are sold individually.

Please note that the male end fitting design has changed from the OEM version. It will still work. Check out our "tech tips" tab for more information.

The male end fittings on new hoses may differ from your existing fittings. We've installed all versions on our own vehicles and sold thousands with no issues. The new hoses are a quality replacement for OEM, and have never let us down. Please install with confidence knowing that even though the design may look different than your old hose, it is still the correct part for your vehicle.
