EMPI VW Carburetor Kit - Weber Progressive - 1972-79 Type 2

The Weber 32/36DFEV Progressive 2 Barrel Carburetor Kit from EMPI offers the best of performance and economy for your VW. The carburetor features a 32mm primary barrel for cruising and when you step on it a second 36mm barrel opens progressively to offer more performance. The carburetor kit includes the Weber 32/36DFEV carburetor with linkage kit and electric choke, a chrome air cleaner assembly with gauze filter, the intake manifold for use with dual port heads, fuel line and mounting hardware. The progressive carburetor kit fits 1972 through 1979 Type 2 Bus 1700-2000cc based engines. The carburetors are test run and adjusted for smooth performance out of the box.

Please Note: 1975 and later Type 4 Engines were fuel injected originally so be sure to use a fuel pressure regulator, or low pressure pump such as PN# 41-2010.
