EMPI VW Carburetor Idle Jet Vent Tube Kit - IDF/HPMX

This vent tube kit is an upgrade for older IDF and HPMX carburetors (Gen 3) with short vent tubes. The longer tubes get the top of the vent up and away from the base of the air cleaner where they are more prone to clogging with debris. The kit includes 2 vent tubes, o-rings, a base gasket, and instructions. An 11/64" drill bit is needed for installation. One kit updates 1 carburetor.

Note: This is an update kit for any HPMX/IDF that never came with vent tubes. You must modify the carb top. These do not fit or replace the new Gen 4 HPMX, which has a threaded carb top.
