The Blue Anodized Billet Aluminum Type 1 Distributor Clamp fits 1200cc 40 Horse through 1600cc Type 1 and 2 engines. The clamp has printed timing marks for 10 through 50 degrees at 5 degree increments. The distributor must be marked or notched to coincide with the marks on the clamp. A set screw on the back side of the clamp holds the distributor securely and cleans up the looks. The clamp fits 1961 through 1977 Standard Beetles, 1971 through 1979 Super Beetles, 1961 through 1974 Karmann Ghias, 1961 through 1971 Type 2 Bus models and 1973 through 1974 Things.
