The EMPI Stainless Steel Brake Hose fits 1954 through 1964 Beetles, 1956 through 1964 Karmann Ghias and early 1955 Type 2 Bus models. The hose is 480mm long and has one male and one female threaded end. When using stainless steel brake hoses, it is necessary to install them at all 4 wheels.

EMPI’s Stainless Steel Braided Brake Hoses are made in the USA and DOT approved, which is a must for any street driven VW! The stainless steel brake hose features a polyurethane inner hose and a polyurethane cover followed by a barrier layer and most importantly a stainless steel braided outer layer. The hoses have VW style fittings at both ends to ensure a leak proof fit.
