I found this in Eureka, CA just doors from the Pacific Ocean, in Spring 2021, where it had been sitting for some 40 years. My immediate thought was, “How many authentic ‘Northern CA Hippie Bus” survivors can still be out there? So, I decided that I had to save it and had it transported to my place, in the mountains south of Nashville, TN. The transport driver told me it was the first time in his 20+ years of hauling cars that he had FOUR different people ask to buy it along the way. I have also had several notes left in my mailbox, asking if it is for sale.
