I’d wanted a Beetle ever since I watched the original “Footloose” movie when I was younger. For years I saved up every penny I received in a little pink pouch that I kept in my room. When I turned sixteen, my parents (with a little convincing) allowed me to buy a green 1971 Super Beetle, who I lovingly call ‘Oliver’.
