I took a chance! I have always wanted a VW Bus and I purchased one based on faith and instinct in communicating with an online seller from Arizona. I had a former student who lives out there to check if the bus looked as shown in online ads, and this student loved it, too. She took it for a ride, and sent me the video of it as it was being driven. If I didn't want it, she DID!

It was sent by flatbed truck and arrived in 2021. It was in great condition and looks as shown in this photo.

I lived near Woodstock when it happened, and saw similar vehicles then by the dozens. It has been a dream of mine ever since to one day own one. I LOVE my Bonnie Blue Bus, as it has been named by our five grandchildren. Everyone in our family and community also loves it. It brings smiles, waves, peace signs, and more, and many ask to take their photo by (or in) it wherever we go!
