Rear Wheel Cylinder for 1968-1979 Classic VW Models

17.6mm (11/16") internal bore size
Mounts using an 8mm bolt
Bleeder screw pre-installed
Sold individually; one per rear drum

This rear wheel cylinder is designed for classic Volkswagen models equipped with rear drum brakes. It mounts to the backing plate and uses hydraulic pressure from the brake system to push the shoes outward against the drum surface, providing reliable braking performance. Each cylinder includes a pre-installed bleeder screw and installs on either side of the vehicle. Replacement is strongly recommended if any signs of leakage or wear are present to maintain proper brake function.
