VW Dune Buggys Exhausts are divided, two muffler systems. This mean each cylinder head has it's own header and muffler. The Dune Buggy exhaust systems are typically louder than standard exhausts.
Dune Buggy Dual exhaust systems are offered in Black, Chrome and Ceramic Coating for the ultimate in good looks and durability. The dual exhaust systems come with either glasspack or baffled mufflers. Any of the Dune Buggy exhausts will spruce up the looks of the back end of your car and will fit 1300 to 1600 Based Type 1 engines.
When mounting your new Dune Buggy exhaust be sure to install new exhaust gaskets. Exhaust gaskets will prevent leaks between the head and the exhaust which can cause back firing and hot head temps. Heat Riser Block offs are used to cap the exhaust ports when using dual carbs on your Dune Buggy.
