These 1973-1979 VW Beetle and Super Beetle Convertible Tweed door panels come without front pockets and as a set of both front and rear panels, a total of 4 pieces. These high quality door panels produced by TMI feature heat-seam patterns and thick Masonite board pre-cut for door panel clips to provide durability while making installation painless. The colors available are: black, charcoal, light grey, sapphire blue, sand, and red. Our door panel material is the same as the seat upholstery so you can be assured of a matching interior.

Door Panel Colors

Pockets vs. No Pockets

• The cars originally came with a pocket in the door panel on the front, driver's side panel
• The pocket it essentially an elastic pouch
• If you actually store stuff in the pocket, the elastic will wear out, stretch, and be droopy in a couple of years
• If you like the look of the pocket, order them with the pocket
• If you don't like the look of the pocket, don't get the pocket
• Just know, if you get the pockets and you use the pocket, it will wear out and look sloppy in a couple of years
