German Link Pin Set for 1946-1965 VW Front Ends

Complete kit includes pins, bushings, shims, dust caps, and o-rings
German made components ensure precise tracking and long-lasting performance
Designed to fit both left and right sides of the front suspension

Whether you're rebuilding an original front end or installing new drop spindles, this German-made link pin set helps ensure your front suspension tracks correctly. The kit includes four link pins, four link pin bushings, four dust caps, four o-rings, and 32 shims—enough to service both the left and right sides.

The stock link pins are commonly referred to as 18mm or 5/8" but actually measure approximately 17.8mm. The bushings press into the spindle carriers and have an outer diameter of roughly 28mm. After installation, the bushings may shrink slightly and should be reamed to size using the original VW 224 tool or an equivalent .710" reamer if the link pins do not fit smoothly.
