The rear left shelf cross member support is a rust repair sheet metal part that requires cutting and welding for proper installation. The shelf welds to the rear luggage tray, the left inner body panel and fender well, and the back edge of the heater channel. At the bottom edge the shelf has the lip that bolts to rear of the left floor pan. The repair panel fits 1965 through 1977 Standard Beetles and 1971 through 1979 Super Beetles, including convertible models.
