The VW Type 2 86mm tachometer reads from 0 to 8000 RPM and has a black dial. The tachometer is made in the UK by Smiths and has mounts for a direct installation into the stock gauge cluster, in place of the clock (if equipped) or the blank spot to the right of the speedometer of 1968 through 1979 VW Type 2 Bus models. The coloring is made to correspond with the stock 1976-1979 cluster.
