EMPI's urethane control arm bushing kit includes split bushings and sleeves for the inner control arm mounts, split bushings and sleeves for the sway bar (or strut bar), strut bar to chassis bushings, and a grease pack. The urethane bushings are far superior to the stock rubber components and may help cure the Super Beetle shimmy. If you have a 1973 and are not sure if it is an early or late model, look at the lower ball joint. 1973 and earlier models have a bolt-on ball joint. 1973 and later models have a press-in ball joint.
