This threaded brake fluid adapter screws into the threaded inlet port on Type 2 1955-1966 Bus and buggy master cylinders. It allows you to remotely mount a brake fluid reservoir when using an early Bus or large bore buggy master cylinder on a Beetle, Ghia, Manx style buggy, or other off road vehicle. We recommend using German braided brake hose (P/N N203501) to feed the inlet port, as it is compatible with brake fluid. Most hose compounds, especially fuel hose, are not compatible with brake fluid.
Compatible with master cylinders: 211611011J, 211611011JBR, 6112, 6114, 6116, 98-6021-B, 98-6022-B, 16-7041, and 16-7042 (after removing any existing threaded reservoir).
Orders under $100 cost a flat-rate, $11.95*
