Front Inner Wheel Bearing - Tapered Roller

  • Installs inside the front drum or rotor
  • Reduces friction between the hub and spindle
  • Outer race must be pressed into drum or rotor
  • Pack with high quality bearing grease before installation

This tapered rolling bearing installs on the inside of your front drum or rotor. It minimizes friction between the hub (the drum or rotor) and the spindle, allowing the wheel to spin freely. The outer race must be pressed into the brake drum or rotor first, then the greased bearing and inner race. Make sure to pack the bearings with a high quality bearing grease before installation and don't forget a new inner wheel seal.

Note: For 1968 models, remember to check your tie rod end nut before ordering. If it is a 17mm nut, you need the 311405625 bearing. If it is a 19mm nut, you need the 311405625B bearing.
