This coil mounting clamp from Latest Rage is manufactured in China from solid billet aluminum. It fits 1954 to 1979 Standard Beetle, 1971 to 1979 Super Beetle, 1956 to 1974 Karmann Ghia, 1955 to 1979 Type 2 (Bus), 1962 to 1973 Type 3 (Notchback, Squareback, Fastback), and 1973 to 1974 Thing models. The inside diameter of the clamp is 55.7mm or just under 2 1/4". It will accommodate original Bosch, Beru, and Pertronix Flamethrower coils, but may have fitment issues with other aftermarket brands. The clamp should be secured using 5mm allen head bolts.
