39 PICT VW Carburetor from EMPI

The EMPI 98-1291-B 39 PICT carburetor is designed for dual port, 1600cc based engines up to about 2000cc in some applications. This carb looks and functions just like the 34PICT3 carburetor but features a large 39mm bore. It comes installed with a 12 volt choke and 12 volt idle solenoid (cut-off) valve. The 12v choke can be used on 6 volt systems but will take longer to warm up. You must remove the cut off solenoid and plug the part on the side of the carburetor housing if running a 6 volt electrical system. The carburetor comes with two base gaskets, a 39 to 34mm carburetor spacer, mounting studs, nuts and 2 additional idle jets (.50/.60) and 4 additional main jets (1.30/1.32/1.37/1.40)

Carburetors are set up to run gasoline, not high blends of gasoline/ethanol mix that may be common in your area. If your local fuel has 10% or more ethanol content (not E85).
