Our VW Exterior Restoration DVD is a must for anyone doing a VW restoration and
should be the first thing you purchase (along with our Interior Video). It details
how to remove and install exterior rubber components including:
- All Door Rubber - including inside & outside scrapers and vent windows
- All Body Seals
- All Window Rubber
- Running Boards
The Exterior DVD will save you hours of aggravation (and possibly lots of $'s
in broken parts) and show you the proper sequence, techniques, and tools needed
to do the job right.
If you purchase the Exterior DVD now, we will deduct the $19.95 cost of the video
when you purchase $100 or more in exterior seals in the future.
The Exterior DVD is free with the purchase of $100 or more in exterior rubber.
The Exterior DVD is 1 hour and 15 minutes in length.

We ONLY ship within the United States and its territories.
Orders over $100 will receive free shipping within the continental United States. Freight on orders between $50 and $100 will be $9.95, and freight on orders between $0 and $49.99 will be $7.50. Large packages ship FedEx. Smaller packages ship US Priority Mail. Delivery time averages 1-5 business days depending on your distance from Arizona.
For expedited shipping, you must call us. All express orders are personally handled by the representative you speak with in order to streamline the process. Please do not request express shipping via email. Emails are reviewed in the order they are received which could possibly delay your shipping.
Shipping on any returns is the customer's responsibility. If your order qualified for free shipping and a returned item reduces your order below the $100, you will be charged the according shipping cost for the order.
Returns
60 Day Return PolicyYou can return most unused, never installed, like-new item for 60 days from the date of receipt. Items must be in like-new condition. The following items are final sale:
- Special order items
- Special order upholstery
- Electrical items
- Installed carburetors
- Installed items
- Items missing parts or the original packaging material
- Items damaged in return shipping due to improper packaging
- Carburetors that smell like fuel
- Damage due to customer negligence
- Items with scour marks that show installation or attempted installation from nuts, bolts, screw-driver’s, washers, etc.

- Request an Return Authorization.
- Place a copy of your invoice or order confirmation inside the package.
- Carefully package your items
- Ship the items back to JBugs. Keep your tracking information for proof of delivery.
- Returns, refunds, and store credits are usually processed within 5 days upon receiving the items back.
- Refunds will be given for items returned within 60 days of receipt.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges except in cases where JBugs shipped the incorrect item.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- JBugs is not responsible for any 3rd party installation charges.
- JBugs charges a 10% re-stocking fee on all returned items except in situation where JBugs shipped the incorrect item.
- If you feel that you have received a defective item, please contact our technical support team at 800-231-1784 ext. 3. If the item is deemed defective by our staff, we will replace or refund the product and any shipping charges.
