The VW Beetle Sedan, Sunroof and Convertible 1967 Main Loom replacement includes the front to rear loom (wires from the fuse box to the engine and tail lights), with connections and highly detailed instructions. These kits are great for repairing old dried out wiring, or replacing the loom after an engine fire. All kits are Factory Color Coded, factory length and pre-terminated. Compatible with 12 or 6-Volt electrical systems.
The Main Harness is the only portion of our wiring harnesses that is sold separately. We do not offer the remaining portions of the wiring harness as a separate kit! Meaning, you can't by the Main Harness first, then later order the rest of the harness later.

The video shows a complete wiring harness being installed in a 1969 VW Beetle so we are pulling out all of the original wiring. If you are only installing a main wiring harness you would only pull out the main wiring harness wires. The installation process of the main harness will be similar for all 1965 and later Standard Beetles. For 1964 and earlier Beetles, the main harness runs through the roof, from the front to the back of the car, instead of along the heater channel like in later models.

Orders over $100 will receive free shipping within the continental United States. Freight on orders between $50 and $100 will be $9.95, and freight on orders between $0 and $49.99 will be $7.50. Large packages ship FedEx. Smaller packages ship US Priority Mail. Delivery time averages 1-5 business days depending on your distance from Southern California.
**Oversized products will be excluded from this policy. Shipping rates on oversized items will be calculated separately. The cost of oversized items will be applied to the total order and shipping on your other items will be calculated accordingly. Oversized items will be clearly labeled on the website and will include a drop down menu to estimate your cost of shipping.
Most orders to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, Puerto Rico and other US territories are shipped by the US Postal Service. The shipping costs for these orders are billed at the time of shipping.
For expedited shipping, you must call us. All express orders are personally handled by the representative you speak with in order to streamline the process. Please do not request express shipping via email. Emails are reviewed in the order they are received which could possibly delay your shipping.
Shipping on any returns is the customer's responsibility. If your order qualified for free shipping and a returned item reduces your order below the $100, you will be charged the according shipping cost for the order.
90 Day Return Policy
You can return most unused, never installed, like-new item for 90 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in like-new condition. The following items are final sale:

Like-new Condition: JBugs may refuse a return when the returned item is not in like-new condition. These situations will lead to refused returns:
Items missing parts or the original packaging material
Items damaged in return shipping due to improper packaging
Carburetors that smell like fuel
Damage due to customer negligence
Items with scour marks that show installation or attempted installation from nuts, bolts, screw-driver’s, washers, etc.

Place a copy of your invoice or order confirmation inside the package.
Carefully package your items
Ship the items back to JBugs
Returns, refunds, and store credits are usually processed within 5 days upon receiving the items back.
Refunds, Exchanges, and Store Credit:
Refunds will be given for items returned within 90 days of purchase.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges except in cases where JBugs shipped the incorrect item.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
3rd Party Charges:
JBugs is not responsible for any 3rd party installation charges.
JBugs charges a 10% re-stocking fee on all returned items except in situation where JBugs shipped the incorrect item.
Received a Defective Item?
If you feel that you have received a defective item, please contact our technical support team at 800-231-1784 ext. 3. If the item is deemed defective by our staff, we will replace or refund the product and any shipping charges.
If a product does not fit because your vehicle has been modified or customized in the last 40+ years, it does not definitively mean the item is defective. If you have an issue due to fitment, we will help you find the right parts. We are here to help.
