VW 1966-1974 Karmann Ghia Door Threshold Sill Plates - Pair

The door threshold or sill plates sit inside the door jamb at the bottom of the door opening. In addition to covering and protecting the sheet metal there, the sill plates cover the outer edge of the carpeting and protect the wiring harness underneath. The aluminum extruded panels were originally installed with screws, but we prefer clear RTV silicone adhesive as the mounting screws can come loose and scratch the bottom of the door.
