Our Shipping, Return, International Order, and Discount Policies are detailed below. We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time.

Shipping Policy


Our shipping policy is effective January 2016.

Orders over $100 will receive free shipping within the continental United States. We do not ship anywhere outside of the US and its territories. Freight on orders between $50 and $100 will be $9.95, and freight on orders between $0 and $49.99 will be $7.50.

**Oversized products will be excluded from this policy. Shipping rates on oversized items will be calculated separately. The cost of oversized items will be applied to the total order and shipping on your other items will be calculated accordingly. Oversized items will be clearly labeled on the website and will include a drop down menu to estimate your cost of shipping.

Most orders to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, Puerto Rico and other US territories are shipped by the US Postal Service. The shipping costs for these orders are billed at the time of shipping.

For expedited shipping, you must call us. All express orders are personally handled by the representative you speak with in order to streamline the process. Please do not request express shipping via email. Emails are reviewed in the order they are received which could possibly delay your shipping.

Shipping on any returns is the customer's responsibility. If your order qualified for free shipping and a returned item reduces your order below the $100, you will be charged the according shipping cost for the order.

Return Policy


JBugs accepts returns up to 90 days after the date of purchase. For all returns, you must give us a call at 1-800-231-1784 for a Return Authorization Number. All returned items must be unused, non-installed, new, and in saleable condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Furthermore, if your order qualified for free shipping and a returned item drops your order below the $100, you will be charged the according shipping cost for the order.

Please include a copy of the original invoice when you ship the product back. If a copy of the original invoice is not sent with the return, credit may not be issued. If needed you can re-print your invoice Here

Shipping and handling are not refundable with the exception of circumstances deemed extreme by JBugs. Electrical items are not returnable. Special order items are not returnable. Special order upholstery items are considered final sale once the order is placed with the manufacture. If you are not certain if the item you are ordering is a special order item, feel free to give us a call.

Please note that JBugs is not responsible for ANY third party charges. This includes costs incurred by a shop, contractor, or other third party attempting to install a defective or incorrect item. Please be sure that you and/or the person installing the item thoroughly check the product before attempting to install it in your vehicle.

Returns will be subjected to a 10% restocking fee. We always recommend calling at 1-800-231-1784 rather than emailing when you have a question or concern regarding a return.

International Order Policy


JBugs does not sell parts internationally. We cannot, under any circumstances, accept an international credit card. If you are an international customer you can utilize the following procedure, at your own risk, to order parts:

1. Place an order at JBugs.com

2. Ship the order to an American based freight forwarder of your choice

3. Pay for the order using Paypal


If you choose to order parts this way, we will process your order just like any other order within the United States - Please Note: this means that any back order or special order items will be shipped separate from the rest of your order- please make shipping accommodations accordingly.

Once the order is shipped to the freight forwarder, we will no longer accept any responsibility for the order. We do not have any affiliation with freight forwarders, nor can we recommend one to you. We cannot offer any insurance on the package or make any guarantee that the order will make it beyond the freight forwarder.

Returns on international orders are entirely the responsibility of the customer. We will not pay the freight on a return under any circumstances. Order at your own risk.

We CANNOT calculate nor can we estimate the transit time or cost from the freight forwarder to the customer. Once the courier's tracking number shows delivery to the freight forwarder, the safety of the package becomes the responsibility of the freight forwarder. International shipping costs, customs, import duties, taxes, etc., will all be handled by the customer or by the freight forwarder. We are also not responsible for calculating the dimensions and weight of the products being ordered.

Again, we cannot accept international credit cards. International customers must use PayPal to place an order through JBugs.com, using the PayPal tab to check out. During the time of order, make NO mention of the international address; the website will reject the order if an international address is included.

It is MANDATORY, that all shipments will include 1 copy of the invoice regardless of the number of packages, and MUST be addressed to the customer that has paid for the product. There will not be multiple copies made, nor will the recipient's name be changed. This cannot be manipulated, omitted, or altered.

PLEASE BE ADVISED! Vehicles produced outside of the United States do not follow the same year/make/model rules as the U.S. production models. It is the CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY to know what parts fit the vehicle, regardless of its place of origin. JBugs accepts NO RESPONSIBILITY for parts that do not fit, or match your year or model vehicle. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Discount Policy


We pride ourselves in offering the lowest prices and best quality products in the industry. Rather than inflating prices and offering gimmicky sales, we opt to keep our everyday prices as low as possible. In addition to carrying some of the lowest prices in the industry, we also group, combine and create Kits of all our biggest selling items. Once we have those items kitted together, we knock 5-10% off as opposed to purchasing every item individually. When you purchase a custom JBugs kit, you are saving money.

We also offer everyday discounts on purchases over $600. These discounts are as follows:

5% off orders over $600

10% off orders over $1,200

15% off orders over $1,800


Note: ** Discounts are not applicable to gift certificates, wheels, tires, Pro-Series Seats, Crow Race Harnesses, Off-Road Shocks, excluded items, or already discounted JBugs close-outs.

These discounts are applied automatically at checkout for internet orders. These discounts cannot be combined with any other offers and are subject to change.

Privacy Policy


JBugs has been in business for over 26 years. We value our customers and understand and appreciate their need to feel secure when shopping with us.

We collect information that is voluntarily shared with us. This includes, email addresses and account information (shipping/ billing information, contact information, etc.). We do not share any of this information with other organizations for commercial purposes. Information will only be disclosed when we are legally required to do so.

Our site uses cookies to store visitors preferences, record session and user specific information, and to customize the web page content to meet the visitors preferences.

To try and bring our customers offers that are of interest to them, ad server companies may collect information such as domain type, IP address, and clickstream information when customers visit our site.

To ensure the security of our customers' private information, when we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information, we redirect visitors to a secure server and have appropriate security measures in place at the web hosting physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.

We use Shopper Approved, a third party service for our site reviews. Shopper approved is given access to our customers' email addresses ONLY for the purpose of conducting these surveys.
