1971 VW Super Beetle

I have had this Super Beetle since 2013. I simply call it the Beetle but the previous owner (a coworker), called her Inez. I had the opportunity to replace my project ‘66 which I purchased in 1990, but was slow to get serious about it.
The Super Beetle was mostly original when I purchased it and I have replaced the engine with a rebuilt 1600, and spruced up the interior and exterior with the help of many JBugs products and DVD’s.
It has been my mission that we have to rescue and save these cars. My favorite memories are ongoing from the thumbs up and peace signs that get flashed my way on every drive.
