My Beetle is a 1968 and I call her Karen. I named it that for my mother. I have always wanted a Bug, and after my mother passed in June, I bought it from a man in Wichita, Kansas about a 7 hour drive from my house in Atkins, Arkansas.

I have since rebuilt the engine and put air ride in the front and I’m currently working on the inside.

My favorite memory so far is the trip a good friend and I took to go pick her up.
