55 Idle Jets
135 Main Jets
200 Air Correctors
550 Ex. Pump Jets

Parts for the Weber IDF carburetors are directly interchangeable with the EMPI HPMX carbs. We offer a full line of replacement idle jets, main jets, air jets, venturis, etc. so you can tune the carburetors as needed to suit your engine.
The EMPI Deluxe Carburetor Kits include chrome velocity stacks and fit with stock VW fan shrouds with little or no modifications required.
Clearancing (a couple of taps with a ball peen hammer) at the edges of the shroud (where the manifolds and carbs sit next to the shroud) may be required in some instances.
What size carburetors do I need?
A general rule is that for engines up to 2000ccs, 40mm carbs are preferred. 44mm carbs are used for 2000cc and large engines. Cams, heads, valve sizes and other factors will determine which carburetor set up works best. At the end of the day though, when in doubt, go larger as venturis and jets can all be changed to make a larger carb suit a smaller engine as needed.
