Bugpack Stainless Steel Street Header - Small 3 Bolt Flange

1 3/8" stainless steel exhaust tubing with TIG welded construction
3/8" thick flanges with small 3 bolt outlet at 1 o'clock position
Compatible with stock heater boxes or J-tubes
Includes mounting gaskets and hardware

The Bugpack stainless steel street header is designed for Type 1 based 1300cc to 1600cc engines and can be used with either J-tubes or stock heater boxes. Made from 1 3/8" stainless tubing and TIG welded throughout, the header features thick 3/8" flanges and a small 3 bolt outlet positioned at 1 o’clock. Gaskets and mounting hardware are included.

The header will bolt up to 1300-1600cc Type 1 and 2 based engines that were stock in 1966-1973 Beetles and Karmann Ghias as well as 1963-1971 Type 2 Bus Models.

This header is sold individually and pairs with a variety of stainless steel mufflers including single or dual quiet pack, Mondo (Phat Boy style), or hide-away options—available for Beetle models only. Make your muffler selection from the options above.

Two replacement clamps (P/N 111298051) are recommended whenever installing a new exhaust system.
