VW Bug Brake Diagrams & Index
Our JBugs VW Techs have put together these complete VW Beetle Brake Diagrams that maps out the entire brake system on your air-cooled VW. The diagrams includes full length placement of brake lines, hoses and fittings, master cylinder parts, and brake reservoir parts. The diagram will also take you straight to the correct products needed for your VW Beetle.
In addition, we have put together our Hard Brake Line Index to help you determine which lines and fittings are needed for your VW Beetle. Hard Metal Brake Lines connect the Master Cylinder to the front and rear wheel cylinders or brake calipers providing a simple, effective way of transmitting the brake fluid through the hydraulic system. VW used a number of different lengths of steel brakes lines in Beetles.
