The German made VW Spark Plug Ignition Wires are sold as a set of 5 wires, four from the distributor cap to the cylinders and one from the cap to the coil. The German spark plug wires have the original style noise suppressors that are used with distributor caps that have a center pin. The German ignition wires are used on 1984 through 1991 Vanagons and 1986 through 1991 Syncros. The wires can be used on watercooled 1983 through 1984 Vanagons by swapping to the later model distributor cap.
