1972 VW Westfalia Bus

Here are some pics of my 1972 "Westy". I've had it for going on 2 years. I bought it to be able to hang with my son in his '67 Spilt Window Sundial Bus.
The previous owner made a good start and I have worked to get it almost completely restored. It's got the Hawaii/California beach bus theme inside and out and is mechanically solid.
Runs to the beaches, a VW "Meet in the Middle", a Treffen camp out and 4 car show awards are some of Westy’s excellent adventures. After finishing up some winter maintenance, I’m looking forward to more this year.
